The service we receive from Dwain and Serra Honda is awesome. This is my third CR-V purchased there and I will go back. Dwain is courteous and professional in explaining what to expect and listens to the customer. As a woman, I respect that. Dwain is great!

I don’t usually or like to be negative. But I wish there was more care for the car when it’s serviced. There was dust and dirt on the inside when I got it back. No big deal but you’re the best and I expect that from you. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. Just some feedback.
I had to return the car after the initial service. I felt a little odd about the response to this. The man was ok. But just not what I expected. Like he was upset at me.
I hate saying that. He’s probably great. It was a big inconvenience to return. I just wish he was friendlier.
This was my first service after my excellent purchase experience.
I guess I expected more. I truly appreciate you listening.
You have such a great reputation. Which is why I came 45 minutes away from home to work with Serra Honda!!

I am not all in on the diagnosis done. The dead battery issue on these odysseys is a common problem that many owners are upset about. Changing batteries and replacing alternators seems to be the temp fix. It hasn't fixed anyone's problem yet.
