I was told by the person in the service department that a valet key would unlock doors but not start the car. I decided I needed both a valet key and a master so I ordered both. Over $200. When I had the keys programmed I learned a valet key would start the car. That was all I needed. I feel screwed.

After having our car overnight for a 15,000 mile inspection, we came to pick it up the next day. We were told we needed an alignment adjustment and they would like to keep it another half hour after letting me know it was done. We would have appreciated a call or text letting us know our vehicle needed more work before making arrangements to pick it up. We decided to wait until our next oil change, but it seemed like the ball got dropped.

Only had one question they put on the paper when they look at things and checked breaks in the yellow. My concern is you just put on in July and car probley doesn’t have 1500 miles since then. Dwain is the best. I like the time he takes to explain his recommendations. My impression of service writers over the years is they are motivated to take good care of me, but also to push for work I might not really need. Dwain takes the time to break it down and tell me the “why” I should do something. It’s all about trust.
