As always Duane comes through!!! Always professionally, always there to make things as painless as possible. Car was ready when he said it would be, and at pretty much the cost he thought it would be. Duane is the reason I take my car to the dealership, rather than an independent mechanic.

Appointment that I made over the phone was not what you had down when I arrived. I waited close to 2 hours for an oil change. I did not get any evidence that my oil was changed such as a receipt. Only after I followed up did someone look into what was taking so long. Did my oil even get changed? I have no idea. Yes, they said it was free but without any evidence I don’t even know if my oil was changed. A lot of stress for what I thought was a scheduled appointment for an oil change.

I always receive competent, quality, competitively priced service at Honda! I got new tires and was quoted 1 1/2-2 hour wait and it ended up being 3 hours. I saw another family experience the same thing! If I had known it would have been so long I would have dropped my car off instead of waiting. It is a nice facility with coffee, water, popcorn and lots of seating. I don’t mind the wait and it was clearly very busy Saturday, I just would have liked a more appropriate wait time.

Prior to the car reaching his team, however, we had terrible service through Honda’s Roadside assistance. My 21 yr. old daughter had to wait 5+ hours ( until 11 p.m.) for the tow truck to pick up her car. Although nobody from Roadside Assistance asked her if she was stranded, she was fortunate to not be stuck on the side of a dark road for this amount of time. I can only imagine her being stuck on the highway with no help if a problem were to happen again.
