Serra Honda has always done everything right for me. I just wish I didn't live so far away - Canadian Lakes, and a lot of us have Hondas but no local Honda service. Sure could use a Honda dealer in Mt. Pleasant of Big Rapids. Please consider that.

Randy was great. Was surprised that 1) the $120 diagnostic fee was on top of the repair bill (I already knew that the error codes were showing cylinder misfires). 2) $34.95 PER spark plug is excessive (unless this includes some other parts beyond the $5 plug. Overall, spark plug change with an oil change for $520 is an expensive bill.

Kind of rude when I mentioned I was surprised my oil was low since it had been less than 5,000 miles since my last one. My alternator went out right after I left and I called back and both gentlemen I spoke to were quite rude and not helpful in the fact that my car had no issue coming in but won’t start 30 minutes after I leave. No empathy or willing to work things through.
