Had a slow leak in my tire so I brought it in to check it out and you said it was leaking in the bead along the rim. Resealed it and sent me on my way. Next day noticed tire was still leaking brought back the next Tuesday. This time the said they found a pin hole but it was to small to patch, luckly I purchased the tire and rim extended warranty when I purchased my car from you less than a year ago but then he explained that the hole wasn't in the designated spot that's covered so it was useless. So he said I should purchase a set of new tires only you didn't have the factory set but I could come back for a 3rd time for them or then he quickly tried to up sell me on a different more expensive set. I told him no thank you and left where I drove to Firestone on Plainfield and talked to Drew who helped me with an appointment Friday for a new set of tires and a warranty that covers the whole tire not certain areas. I have only brought my car to you guys but now that I see you are more about sales then service I will be finding a new place to service my car. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
