On Wednesday night my car started making noises, it’s was 5:55pm, I called worried if it was safe to drive and they said they were closing but knew I was worried and offered to wait for me to stop by quick so they could at least try determining for me if it was safe to drive an hour home to Kalamazoo. My rear brakes were bad, the two people there stayed and got a car for me to drive home in safely, my car was fixed and ready before noon the next day!!
Also, just want to say Greg H. is the BEST car salesman I have ever worked with in my 27 years of buying cars. He always says hi when he sees me there for oil changes, I know I can trust him. Next time I buy a Honda, I will drive an hour just to give him my business even though there’s a dealer less than 10 minutes away from where I moved!

I am sick of your buniess I beleive your company sold me a unsafe car and have used shady practices and excuses and I will be letting my opinion known in social media and word of mouth not to do business with such a untrustworthy dealership. Having to put in 2 grand into fixes for that vechile so that it is safe to drive. They fixed the brake pad that seized up, but I now have an even louder knocking noise when I brake. I need to bring it back again ASAP to have that fixed. I am happy with how friendly and helpful Randy has been. I am not happy about having to bring my car in for the fourth time Within the first week of owning the car!
First, I had to bring it back to have a large spot on the roof removed that the detailed missed. Second, I had to come in to retrieve the cup holder insert that was removed and not replaced during detailing. Third, I had to have the brakes fixed because one of the brake pads and seized up and was loud. And now, I am facing a fourth trip in to have the brakes serviced again. The loud knocking sound started as I left the dealership from the brakes being serviced. I couldn’t bring it right back, because I had to get home to get the kids off of the bus.
This lack of attention to detail has been frustrating to me and has been time consuming. I just want the brakes fixed properly. At this point, maybe it is time to just replace the rotors and brake pads. Whatever was done didn’t work, and I don’t want more return visits for the same issue.
