Cam Saber was utterly superb: he greeted me, heard my concerns, and assured me he and his technicians would evaluate the situation. When the work was accomplished, Cam had researched when I had purchased the battery, discovered that it was still under warranty, and informed me there’d be no charge. In the midst of a very demanding week, this was very good news. Thanks, too, to the technician for resetting my hard-to-reset dashboard clock!
