Dwain was awesome. From the very first phone conversation to the way he greeted me and all the way through my satisfied walk out the door, I was very pleased and impressed by his amazing customer service. Nothing but friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The best part was he gave me a very honest opinion about an Infiniti that I brought in for a used car inspection. The car is pristine and I am very happy with the level of service that was provided the entire time. Thanks Dwain!

Disappointed in the full inspection I had! I paid 1900 to repair what was told that needed to be repaired I noticed it was smoking so I took it back and was told my engine was bad and radiator mind you they have been under the hood several times and under the car why wasn’t this noticed! This is just ridiculous Shawna was an awesome service person and showed sympathy for the problem but as for management I feel like nothin was properly handled!
