Shawna is poised, considerate, knowledgeable, and treats a customer as if they were the only one needing Honda support that day. Shawna worked in tandem with tech Matthew Dutmer to deal with my car all while building a relationship of trust. Shawna and Matthew provided superior service and make Serra Honda proud.

I hate these surveys. Today you can’t buy a loaf of bread without getting surveys asking a lot of stupid questions. YOU KNOW what kind of job you are doing! Shawna was just fine. I did question the suggested services my car needs. I never service my car to the over the top degree. I hope my “advisor” works on my behalf to tell me what I really need rather than what Serra Honda wants me to spend on what I really need. There you have it. My honest opinion.

Randy was great, but whoever put my tires on left a tire weight inside of my tire, and I had to go back to the dealership because my light came on to check the air pressure. I had to miss an event at the Ford Museum because of someone's carelessness.
