Yes... good work. Dwain is my go to guy. For years. He’s honest and tries to save me money by not recommending unnecessary repairs. Beith that relationship formed, I trust him. That trust is so incredibly rare today. You can’t buy it but it is earned. And can be lost by one unfair experience.That’s why I come back. Thank you Dwain and RT Honda.

Randy was very nice but the problem in the car was not solved. There is a small rattling/ clunk noise coming from the front of my HRV. The mechanic diagnosed it but could not find the clunk noise. I asked if the mechanic can ride with me in the car so we did but only in the parking lot where there isnt any bump or pothole to make the sound. Today with the snow on the ground, I can hear it again. I also had a video that I recorded with the clunk noise and showed it to the mechanic, but he did not tale it into consideration. The Car is certified until next month but I guess I might have to take it somewhere else. Thabks,

This is not a big deal - but after the oil change on Monday I was out driving at night. It dawned on me that my lights were not on and I was fumbling around while driving trying to find the right spot to turn them back on. As I had never done that before because they just come on automatic. I’m sure the tech just forgot to put them back in proper spot.
