I appreciate the fact that I pulled up and immediately was greeted and asked what was the problem. I explained what had happened and they asked me to wait in the waiting area and would let me know as soon as they found the issue. I came to the dealership about 4:30 and I was back on the road with a fixed van by 5:45!

Satisfied by the services I scheduled, but disappointed with one thing. You recognized my washer fluid was low ( I intended to fill that day ), but must not have tried the washers, because I found it full when I arrived home and went to fill it, and immediately tried to wash my windows, and the washer fluid poured out on the floor, instead of my windshield. I now have to wait for another appointment. It would have been nice if it had been caught when you generously filled it with fluid while I was there. Not upset, just frustrated.
