I would like to compliment Dwain on his thoroughness and professionalism. An initial recommendation by a different service consultant turned out to be inaccurate. Dwain recommended a new evaluation which turned out to be very different than the original. This saved me time and money. He also personally troubleshot another issue I was having, again resulting in a saving of time and money. Dwain is an asset to Serra Honda!

I took my vehicle to get an oil change at your dealer. They said I had leaking oil and could bring it back to be looked at free of charge. So, I brought it back and it was looked at. Danielle concluded that the repairs were 100% covered by warranty and I would owe nothing. Great. So I scheduled the repair and dropped my vehicle off. I get a call from randy saying it is complete and I owe $175. I immediate told him that this was not what I was originally was told or what I had agreed to. He put me on hold for five minutes. He came back on the line and told me Danielle had told me the repairs wrong and that this is what I owed. I again told him this is not what I was originally told and was told everything was covered under warranty. Then there was silence and he then continued to try and explain what was fixed and get me to pay the amount. I refused. Again, I was told the repairs would be 100% free. Finally after getting no where with him he said he would knock $75 off and made me pay $100. I bought my vehicle from your dealer and have brought it there multiple times for oil changes and for other repairs. I don’t appreciate the way this situation was handled at all. As of now I will not be bringing my vehicle back to your dealer again.

The technicians did what they could, but there is definitely a problem with the key detection in my car. At the very next want i ran, i got out of the car and it beeped like i left the key inside. Also, the beep setting they turned off for me doesn't count for the warning, only the "okay" beep. Otherwise, the service was great.
