One small concern...when I made the service appointment over the phone I was told that it would take an hour. It actually took much longer. Not a big deal since I thought that didn’t sound right at the time, but it would be a good idea to over-estimate the time rather than under estimate. It’s always nice for the customer to be pleasantly surprised at speedy service.

Driver side rear sliding door was brought in to get fixed, part was not in which is understandable, but now the passenger side rear sliding door does not work. Was the motor turned off? Door is manual now and very difficult to open, does not slide easily.
