I have always been happy and impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. I had an appointment set for a diagnostic test & oil change Tuesday morning so I dropped it off early Monday morning they were able to check it out that afternoon found the problem and fix it all and ready for pickup that Monday afternoon. The service was great - everyone was very kind and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed with was the length of time for the service on my vehicle. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it still took an hour. It seemed like a very long time to wait for an oil change (especially when I had two small children with me). In the future, I’m probably more likely to get my oil changes done at Fox Honda - they have an express service lane where I can be in and out in 15 minutes or less.
