I’d like to discuss the quality of the fabric stain protection service I purchased when I bought the car from you. I’d also like to send you photos from the car as there were multiple untouched stains. I was talked into purchasing this when I wanted leather and you did not have it available when I bought my car, and it’s been nothing but a problem. I’m very disappointed in it. The service staff you have are always professional; they are one of the reason I keep returning. However, yesterday I was told I really needed four new brakes and the 100k service work. This would cost me $1500+. I then took my car to two other shops for estimates and was told quite a different story. I needed back brakes and all of my filters were in good condition still. I then spent $350 with someone else and will continue to take my Honda there. It’s not convenient to come to your store, but I’ve made repeated attempts. Now, I just really feel that you won’t take care of me fairly or effectively. That was my last visit and I’d like to be reimbursed for the protection plan. Thank you. Patty Janes

I made an appointment with Claudia for 08/06/18 at 1:00 in the afternoon. But when I arrived for my appointment I was told it had not been scheduled. They were still able to see me, which was great. However time is valuable and though it was a simple mistake , it is still a mistake anyway. Also your system for confirmation was neglegted by me since i was out of town and Claudia also was told of this before I left town at my aetting up the appointment with her.
