Got my car "detailed", however upon picking up my car I called and left a message requesting a call back since service center was closed. I wish I could have looked at my car before having my mother come pay. Understandable every dog hair could not be removed, but the mirror, and Windows appeared neglected by the team along with interior surfaces. I am unsure if my seats should have been cleaned as part of the package but i hope they were not as they were not cleaned either. There are many spots which a baby wipe could make contact with and clean off. I know this because my mother and I sat in the parking lot inspecting the vehicle and the "detail" work, using a baby wipe to touch various spots which were not wiped down. I hope my maintenance for my vehicle was done more thoroughly than this. I will not be getting another detail package with Honda. Typically my experience with Honda is nothing less than exceptional, the mark was missed with this one unfortunately. Not only was my car in the shop longer than I was originally told, it was not done well enough to justify the extra time spent. A full refund or 80% of the detail invoice comped could result in overall satisfaction. Chad was fine over the phone. I did tell him I had a lot of dog hair making my appointment he said okay,then called and said they were concerned because it was a lot of hair. I mentioned this when I scheduled. Slightly frustrating, next time, I will wipe,my windows with Windex and vacuum my own car as a way to avoid the frustrations, this experience has resulted in.

Duane has taken care of our family for years - my wife, son, daughter and me. When I call for service (whatever the reason) I always ask to soeaknwith and make arrangements through him. Recently he expertly guided us through the necessary steps to take care of one of our famiky’s vehicles when we drove through fresh cement in a road construction site that was not marked / blocked off. When one of the tires shredded on our way in (as part of this incodent) Wayne went above and beyond and initiated towing arrangements for us. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I am completely satisfied with Dwain’s service and assistance. He is the reason I come back. I filled this survey out too soon after my June appt. where my radiator cap was left off the vehicle per the service. The van overheated in Kalamazoo. A few days later as my daughter had an interview there. It had to be towed to Ziegler Honda where I incurred $130+ bill. You folks did reimburse the bill. But your error does not take into account uber, towing, 2 trips there and back on a workday and Fathers Day to pick it up. Also now I am having engine troubles per diagnostics ran at your shop a few days ago. I believe there is more responsibility needed on the part of Serra Honda.
