I was told that the service would only take an hour. I was there for 2 hours. I had another appointment that I had to reschedule due to my service taking so long. I was told that the machine was giving the technician issues but by the time I was told that information they were almost done with my car. It is hard making appointments at certain times and then to have to reschedule due to an issue that isn’t in my control is not what I want to do.

I was completely satisfied with my most recent apt. with Claudia. However, prior to this when she made my apt for this service..part 2 of my ac check. Instead of June 23, she made my apt. for June 22 at 4:30. When I learned about this, I told Jessie to make it for June 30th. Then when I double-checked it, he made it for June 29 at 4:30! I'm wondering if there is a problem in the scheduling software. Otherwise, I'm happy with your service. Thank you.
