I always ask for Dwain. He is always very professionals and patient even when he is very busy.I think he is unusually kind and thoughtful. I am an older lady, age 82 and I really appreciate the kindness and respect I receive from him.

The wait was a little longer than anticipated but it was at the start of the Memorisl holiday weekend. Mr King showed me the problem with the TPRS and indicated that it most likely occurred with the installation of the new tires. He suggested that I contact the company that installed the new tires, which I did, and they covered the cost of my deductible. The new motor on the back door eliminated the loud rattle. So in all, we are very pleased with the service he provided.
