Dwain was great as always, however I had rear break service done and the parking break was not reset so unfortunately I will have to return to get that resolved.

There were a lot of customers at 8 a.m. when the building opened up, but Randy and the other service staff were calm, and took those with an apt. first. Claudia and Trey took time to help me better understand the "Mystery Minder" maintenance system. Their efforts moved me from not-buy-Honda again to maybe I would. The non-transparent maintenance minder system combined with an uninformative owners manual leaves the owner in the dark - shame on Honda. Good on Claudia and Trey for trying to mitigate Honda's bad decisions.
