Claudia and Trey took time to help me better understand the "Mystery Minder" maintenance system. Their efforts moved me from not-buy-Honda again to maybe I would. The non-transparent maintenance minder system combined with an uninformative owners manual leaves the owner in the dark - shame on Honda. Good on Claudia and Trey for trying to mitigate Honda's bad decisions.

Quick simple process. Only issue I have is that the data entry was not completed for the recalls. I received a call from a different dealership stating that their system was still showing that The recalls had not been completed.
