Dwain was very helpful throughout the process of getting a new transmission put into my car. He made sure to get this service done in a timely manner because of the lack of available loaner vehicles and knowing we didn’t have many options for a replacement vehicle while mine was getting worked on. He explained to me what was and was not covered under the warranty and offered additional services without being pushy. I am very satisfied with his communication and courtesy.

I came back at the request of Dwayne. I was in a couple of weeks ago for a tire rotation; asked to have my wiper fluid filled as well. Dwayne said of course they will check all the fluid levels. A couple of days later I went to clean my windshield and no fluid. That night, raised the hood to fill, cap is off. That led me and my husband down the rabbit hole of checking everything that was checked as being done that day. This led to Dwayne asking me to bring in my car as he was going to bring management, we were going to go over the car together and he was going to make it right. He was made the excuse that it wasn’t done because it wasn’t in for an oil change; complete change from phone call. He was going to charge me for an oil change, air filter etc. My car isn’t due for an oil change. I called him in first place out of concern that things were being marked as checked and having not been done. I did not ask for him to do anything. I want to be able to trust that you all are working to protect the mechanical integrity of my car.
