Davin was awesome! I know he is new but he made sure he had everything ready when I got there. The loaner was waiting for me and when I got my van back he had printed 3 clock pictures at 8:00(my new van read 8:00 as the time all the time) I thought it was so funny and my kids were laughing when I showed them! He gave me his card and I will be calling to deal with him directly! Awesome service!

I never had an issue with Honda and I have been going there for yrs. A gentleman who helped me a check out wasn't very pleasant. Got upset because I didn't say I was supposed to get a free oil change courtesy of Honda. And questioned me. I stated a manager told me I will put it on here your records. When he checked it wasn't there. And got even more upset. Finally he went to ask the manager and that's the only way he did. But he was very rude. I don't want someone to get fired I just think ppl should get trained on customer service and satisfaction. I apologize for any inconvenience.
