Cale provided great service and answered all my questions I asked. The only thing I will say is I would appreciate if the mechanics and service writers would be more familiar with my vehicle and don't offer me a service I don't need. They recommended a differential service and I have a FWD vehicle. It felt like they were just trying to make a sale instead of actually looking over my vehicle and telling me what they found wrong. I did express this to Cale before I left and he apologized.
