Completely frustrated with Serra Honda. Have had to return my vehicle 4 times and have paid about $650 for a repair for an issue that is still showing up when my check engine light comes on. Now Serra is asking me to pay over $2000 for a repair they will not stand behind as a fix?? Serra has basically given up on the vehicle. As a result of my experience I wrote a poor review and the service manager decided to call and blow his gasket. He told me my vehicle that is a 2017 with 92k miles was old. I guess Honda used car lot doesn't sell vehicles like that? He also told me I wasn't loyal to Serra as I do not do my services at Serra. I guess if you are not loyal to Serra, don't expect good service?Please share the loyalty details with me?
Again just disappointed and frustrated on how this has turned out. I will say customer service from Cale was great. Thanks
