I had scheduled an appt at noon for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep told me that it would take about 45 minutes to complete. Unfortunately; my service appt took 1 1/2 hours. We have 4 vehicles in our family; the other dealerships (Audi/Chevrolet/Ford) are able to get me in and out quicker and don’t require an appointment as an oil change/tire rotation is considered an express service.

Camden assisted me over the phone when my car wouldn’t start and reassured me as to what the problem was and how to fix it! He encouraged me to get it jump started and head straight to the Honda dealership and they’d take a look at it right away and replace the battery if needed.
