The left rear window of my Acura came off the track while driving to the dentist. Immediately after my dentist appointment, I drove to Acura to see Bobby for help. I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t even call. Bobby ordered the regulator and had a shuttle take my daughter and me home so he could keep the car for repair as soon as the part was delivered. Car was perfect the next day and all is good. Bobby is great! He knows my Acura and he knows me, which is a great relief when something breaks on the road. Comment to Spreen Management, I really miss the loaner cars that were available when Hendrick owned the dealership. But, Bobby made it work when a loaner wasn’t available and got us home quickly and safely. Many thanks to Bobby once again!!
