No wait time. good service. My only complaint is the loaner car was very dirty. Dashboard was dusty. Precious driver must be a smoker. I came from Illinois. The Acura dealer there gave people a very clean loaner. Also the model usually is the top of the line as it served as some kind of promotion. But Cleanliness is the key and is very doable. I hope Spreen Acura will improve.
