Bobby was great and the service technician fixed all concerns as promised in a timely manner. The only issue I have is that the trunk was not vacuumed and shampooed like the rest of the interior in the $179 detail service that was performed. I think that was overlooked. Can a discount be applied or a complimentary detail performed on my next visit?

I ordered a new key—driver 2 for Acura RDX 2019. The service team programmed a driver 1 key. Now I have two driver 1 keys and am going to have to take another half day off work to get it fixed. Bobby wrote the order up correctly but the team really dropped the ball overall

My only comment was having to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle to bring us to where we were supposed to go which I think shouldn’t take that long especially as I had to follow up about 3-4x if the shuttle was there already and evereytime I ask,I was told will be here in 10mins. Also,the car wash provided seems just a quick wash that doesn’t seem like clean as what they normally would do when I bring my car for service and the inside of the car wasn’t even vacuumed...Bobby was good but these 2 things I mentioned was what I was disappointed with ...I know it could have been better since acura is a luxury car brand meaning the service should be better if not the best than the regular branded cars..

When I got home, I notice the rear view camera was loose and and dangling my husband had to put back in place. The drivers side mirror has a rubber barrier, it was sticking out I had to readjust it. I would suggest when cars are washed they need to be careful of what they are doing. Other concerns I had could not be duplicated, when I was driving home I got error again. Now I have to make time and bring car back.
