I brought my MDX in for a scheduled A16 service. My vehicle had no issues prior to the service. Upon completion, a service employee reviewed the details of the service and multipoint inspection before returning my vehicle. No issues were found following the inspection. An oil leak resulted from the service for which I returned and Bobby assured me it was “excess debris” and not a concern. The leak persisted and worsened after the inspection to which I returned and was advised I now have a leak from the rear main crankcase seal and the oil pump requires replacement as well. In conclusion, my car had no issues or leaking prior to the A16 service. I returned twice only to have my vehicle further damaged. Now I’m unable to drive this vehicle. Today I filed a consumer complaint with State Attorney General’s Office against your business. I have all my documents including your multipoint inspection by your service department. Good day.
