There was a comment in the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection about steering wheel vibrates when pressing brakes that was not resolved or explained to me how to correct it. I just noticed that comment when I got home, but I believe it has to be addressed.

Eric went out of his way to get the car fix ASAP, considering I had my 94 yrs old mom with me. Then I also have to give Densel appraisals for helping me with my mom to get in the car because she slides Down on the side & Had to carry her to the car seat. You see, my mom has a rod on her leg, which makes it straight & the knee on her good leg was hurting her. He was a super hero. Honda has hired good & compassionate young men.

Well first off I love Honda altogether!! But when your brand new vehicle from the dealership has some issues to fix and you call every Honda dealership in a 20 mile radius and all of the customer service reps say they can’t get your car worked on for at least a day or two!! You start to feel helpless, not with Honda of Katy they answered my cal promptly and handled my issues very fast and efficiently???? Thanks guys appreciate the work you do for your customers and the professionalism in your dealership is impeccable... keep it up
