Nathaniel was not only able to squeeze me in for my 30,000 mile service on the same day I called, but he also had a warranty repair done and still got me out in plenty of time for an appointment. I was very happy.

My only GOOD experience with Honda Kars of Katy was with Freddy Boatwright He was very professional n courteous. I am VERY upset with your company. I have bought a total of 5 cars from your company since 2008 and 4 being brand new Hondas. As you can tell I do love Honda’s. But my last purchase of a civic LX has not been good. I am having trouble with my audio/GPS part. I have had it in over 4 times and just now am informed that your equipment is not capable of adapting to my iPhone 6S. So needless to say I’M NOT HAPPY.

Since that service advisor was not true to his word, I spoke to another service advisor who happened to be Josh. He took my word and gave me that price and honored another coupon that I had.
