I was quoted $49 for an oil change but was charged $79 for Mobil1. I argued the point that my owners manual recommendation stated recommend Genuine Honda Oil. I was told afterwards that the dealership would have to order the oil. My expectations of Genuine Honda did not meet what I paid for or received. I have 300K miles on this car and do not want to deviate from the owners manual recommended oils not alternate oils much less the price difference.

Josh was polite and good at interfacing with customer. However, the problem was not fixed. Again. Engine dies completely during idle mode. Lane departure mitigation message appears on the dash. Then instructions to put the car into park and press start to start the car again. This happens regularly in traffic and is UNSAFE!. I dropped the car in June for the same problem which they did not repair. I do not live in katy so it’s a long drive and has been a total over 2 weeks out of commission. What will management do to make this right? I will not
