My only one negative feedback is the loaner car I was given stunk horribly. Please, check your porters work once they have competed cleaning the vehicles. The vehicle I was given smelled like week old fish.

I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment early the next morning for service on my car that had suddenly started making a loud squealing noise. When I mentioned that I needed to get a rental car because I had doctor appointments scheduled for the next two days the girl who answered my call quickly offered me a loaner car. I was so happy to have a loaner car to make my appointments. Joshua Minor helped me when I dropped my car off for service and was very pleasant, helpful and efficient through the entire process!
