I have been waiting on a promised refund since June 28, 2018 and have been given the run around since. The finance department is currently trying to rectify this issue and is attempting to expedite the refund process. I am extremely disappointed in Honda Cars of Katy and didn’t expect this from this organization considering the number of recommendations I have given to those I know.

I was never told when my car would be ready and my car was simply sitting at the dealership from Saturday to Thursday and was then told that all that had been done was a hard reset to my PCM, which is not a long job. I called three times in one day to check on my car and each time was assured I would get a call back as soon as they could find Danyelle. Upon arrival I was told my paperwork hadn’t finished and they couldn’t tell me what else had been done to my vehicle and couldn’t find Danyelle because she had gone on lunch. There was no apology and I was treated as though my questions were rude. I will not ever take my vehicle back here for service again.

Came to Honda for Battery change and oil change. But I got a call after left my carvthat starter not working. Agreed to pay $1100 plus flush out fluids $800.
After picking car next day didn’t start. Left the car again and your technisinas told battery is not working which I came originally for.
Instead of spending $150 for battery I ended up paying $1900. Very bad experience. Eventually I took loan from Honda finance.
Very bad experience for me.
