Nathaniel was great. However, I had a very negative experience. It started by me coming to do my first service. Car was supposed to receive tire rotation and oil change, plus inside and outside wash. First: car was not cleaned inside. I had to return next day. Now, after this first and second visit to your dealership I thought I am all set for a long vacation trip to Alabama. About 1,200 miles. When I came back from vacation, within couple of days I saw the message "Maintenance due soon". I was surprised. I thought I already did that. So, yesterday I had to come again to see what is going on. Nathaniel's conclusion was that first oil change was not done at all. Yesterday,that was corrected. I am appalled though that this can happen and therefore my experience was very negative! If your techicians on duty would've done thorough job first time I would not have to come back three times for one thing and potentially expose my family and my new car to risk during this long,interstate trip ! Only issue that could be improved is communication and setting expectations. We dropped off the car on Tuesday 8am for a paint issue. Was told Friday or sat at the latest, and we had a trip planned out of town on Sunday using our new car.
I called on thurs and was told there wasn’t an update from body shop and check back.
I called Friday pm and there was still no update. I was told to expect it to be done probably Tuesday but someone would call me on Saturday morning who started work at 7am.
I called on Sat at 415pm and never got a call back from the morning shift. I was told it should be ready on weds, but most likely Thursday.
I sent a few texts to the Jose acuna contact who said to let him know about questions or concerns but the only messages that number sent me was to inform me the car was ready and to take a survey.
The paint work itself looks much better, but we hope the lack of communication can be improved and that the variety of dates for the car to be ready can be more firm next time. Had we known this was going to be an 8-day fix instead of 4-day, we would’ve delayed the repair so we could’ve driven our own car instead of a loaner. Please contact me if you have questions.
