Valerie was great but it was ridiculous that I made a 1pm appointment and no one was able to get to my car until 245 pm. And then I didn’t get my car till 415 pm. What is the point of an appointment if you don’t honor the time slot.
Valerie was kind and attentive but obviously the staffing in the maintenance area is lacking to actually do the work.
