Let’s start with when the service department told me it was $850 for new tires and an alignment. Knowing this could not be right, I had my husband call. They quotes my husband much less at $70 per tire, as well as gave him options to buy used tires if he wanted. . I find it appalling that the service department tries to over sell women. Fast forward to monday, four days after we initially went in, they never called to tell us the car was completed. My husband had to call and they told him it has been ready. We go in to pick up the car and they were also suppose to detail the inside and outside of the car, nothing was clean. The body looked like someone sprayed it down but the hubcaps and interior were untouched. I was told to just take the car and call the next day to set up a time with our lease salesman, Bryan Lopez, I called Bryan at 9:50, 11am and 4:20pm. The first two times he told me he would call back, the last time he hung up on me. Honestly, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to buy our third Honda. I will continually call Honda cars of Katy multiple times a day until I get the detailing I was promised when I bought the car I leased.

Went in for a flat tire. Was advised that you have several options. Was never oven an option. Then my oil indicator was reset to 100% even though I didn’t go in for an oil change.
Also if you put a new tire, make sure tire pressure is the same throughout the car. Wasted another 15 min to get my other 3 tires to the same psi as the new tire and had to get a sticker letting me know of my next oil change. Denzel went to lunch so someone else had to help.
