I bought car in 2013. Orlando has been there in Express from early on. I believe late last year,2017, he was made Mgr of Express. Then he's moved inside to service.
Candidly, you have had idiots in Express, people trying to upsell instead of doing a responsible job. I have caught them flat out lying to me about their "vehicle inspections," from **** tire tread measurements to cabin filters.
Favor - keep Orlando back in Express. Make him the lead guy. You might get some of those people to buy more cars from you.
I wouldn't, your mgmt consistently makes crap
decisions. Don't trust you. Without that you've got zero. And worse, th pus survey stuff is smoke and you know you don't really care.
