When I made the appointment I told the person I needed the rear window breaklight cover replaced. It was not the lady that helped me that day,.apparently though no one paid attention to what I needed done because I was told that I would have to come back in three or four days because the part was not in stock. They had eight days to be sure the part was there prior to my appointment. Now I have to take another half day of vacation and sit in your waiting room for another 2 to 3 hours once they get the part in.

They did not do a complimentary multipoint inspection of my honda civic this time! They just change my oil and oil filter...I purchased the lifetime change oul by the way. And only now that they did not do a multipoint inspection, I was just wondering..aside from that, services I have been getting were excellent.

I think each visit should not have only one option category for service provided. Every visit is not excellent. Some can be okay. We are not given enough options.

I was pleased with my service advisor but NOT WITH THE “SERVICE” received. After being told of the EXORBITANT price of fixing my sunroof, I was told that the mechanic wouldn’t be able to close my broken sunroof without paying the 5 hours of labor, even though the job would only reportedly take 2 hours. After paying for the diagnosis, I returned home. I am a Registered Nurse. I was able to go on YouTube and watch a video and close the sunroof that I told couldn’t be closed without paying $1000. I disconnected the motor and am disgusted with the attempt to be robbed by the dealership I purchased my vehicle from in 2011. I am saddened that being a loyal customer is not rewarded by Honda Cars of Katy.
