I'm new in the area. I called for an appointment for an oil change and said that my engine light was on. I was told I didn't need an appointment. When I arrived, they said I néeded an appointment to get the light looked at. Aggravating.

No issues with the last service rep, but my last three experiences there shows everyone is constantly trying to upsell products/services whether they are truly needed or not. Turn around times are long for simple oil changes with initial estimates stating an hour. Whoever installed my last passenger windshield wiper did it backwards. Now I have a nail on my front driver side tire that I didn’t have before
