I got a recommended Additional Services that listed Engine Air Filter, AC Air Filter, and Fuel Injector Service that supposedly I declined. However, no one ever discussed these items with me, and I only "knew" I had declined them after I paid the oil and filter change bill and the paperwork was stapled together.
