Everyone was very pleasant & professional. They are always very friendly & Danyelle was especially very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately this was the 3rd time, & a call to corporate later w/a case # before the matter was cleared up. Unfortunately I have had to bring my vehicle in 2-3 times for the same problems on 3 separate occasions for 3 separate problems.
Happily my XM radio with its new antenna is working for the first time in over a year! I pay for XM monthly & just wish you had fixed it before, as it cost me, not you.
