I did forget to ask about a key to lock the glove box and a key that locks the underseat storage in the front row but that was nog Erika's fault. It was mine for not asking about it again. As for the service they were quick!! Got it done in a really reasonable amount of time. I only went on to get my oil changed. In and out in less than 3 hours
