I have never been to dealer and be the fastes in and out. Erika was such a great person I called to verify if I can get a rental and since I got to the dealer she was outside ready for me and did everything so fast. I had some personal issues with my drivers license and she was able to handle it fast and with no hassle. Loved the service. Will return back to her any day for my service. I have not treated any other service advisor from Guaranty Chevrolet but I bet they are all great but from what I experienced today Erika is such a great service advisor I recommend her.

2018 Colorado came in with service air bag intermittently on console on friday. Tech replaced the module. I picked up the truck on monday night and returned within a half hour as the problem still exists. Andrew provided updates as requested and when necessary. The actual service and diagnosis is another issue....
