When I initially contacted the service department for an appointment I was told they were just going to look at the vehicle. However, when I arrived I was told by Genaro that my vehicle would have to stay a few hours to have it looked at. I explained that I would need to make arrangements to be picked up since I had my toddler and Im pregnant. I asked again if it was only for a few hours so I could decide what to retrieve from my vehicle and I was assured it would only be a few hours. I was able to have my husband pick me up and only took my car seat. Later that day, I was called and told they would have to keep my vehicle since there were not enough techs to see my vehicle. I was told I would receive a call the next day in the morning but I did not receive one. I called at 10:45 AM on 12/17 but I was told Genaro was busy and that he would call me back shorttly. I was called past 1 PM and asked to have either me or my husband go to the shop within 2 hours before the techs left in order for them to look at it. Had my husband not been off from work we would have had to pick up our car without any solution to the initial problem we had reported. Overall, Guaranty Chevroley was a disappointment.

The service advisor was very helpful and acted in a professional manner.
However when I returned home I noticed that a trim piece where the passenger seatbelt attached was missing. This was disappointing since I traveled approximately 40 miles one way to have my new Silverado serviced.
Hopefully this can be resolved. Also the brake life indicator which was supposed to be reprogrammed appears not to have changed.
