I broth my 2016 Cadilac escalate for service and check engine on problem and car has only 39000 milage witch is still on warranty till 2020 but you guys screw me and you didnt touch the car and your Excuse was cus car had accident i dont understand if car had accident from 2 doors whats the reason to cancel the warranty and i took to my mechanic they said on engine some of Cylande has miss fire i don't undrestad accident from doors whats doing with engine you didnt fixed anyway i already contact with my lower we gonna take the case to the curt than we go from there

I was at 830 and waited 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which i doubt was done and was charged for it. My breaks began squeaking after driving out of the dealership strange that it took that long for a simple oil change and tire rotation i will never take my car to your dealership

Andrew is FABULOUS. I have chosen to exclusive have my car serviced at this location because of his continued customer service. My only issue, although petty (and unrelated to Andrew), was I was hoping that my car would be washed. I spent nearly $400 on service and was disappointed to get into my car expecting for it to at least be vacuumed. Other than that, always pleased with turn around and overall courtesy.

I've spent over 3k in repair costs in the last 2 to 3 months. On a car that has low mileage. I'm sorry, but I've been a Saturn owner and have NEVER had any issues, but I mean come on, take a look at the last 3 months of repairs, is this GM/ Chevrolet quality????

When my vehicle was left with your dealer the service rep told me I will get a call to see what was wrong with my suburban all day I wait and no one called me. I called 3 times to check my car no response back from Ricardo and I need the car to pick up my kids from school so I went back to dealer and got my car. That is bad service when you dont keep your word of time to let customers know how long it will take to fix a car or courtesy call saying we are busy so customers can make other arrangements. Will never come back to your shop.

The counselors and staff were great. The communications were great. The warranty policy is amazing. The only slight disappointment was that you did not wash the car. Laugh if you want to now. But that would have iced the cake. For reference Frank’s Irvine Subaru washes my husband’s car after every service and he went there first when looking for a car.
