Wonderful customer service from the representative!!!! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable!!!! Plus she reassured me that it was ok that I did not approve for the service but I was welcome to come back and she would honor the pricing and the free rental car. She also gave me her direct number so I can call her if I decide to go thru the repairs. She also personally brought my car out for me because she felt the service techs were taking to long.

Jerry and Ivan were amazing! Made the process way less scary and made it pain free. The courtesy driver was beyond fantastic. Talking to him was like talking to an old friend. I did not like that the diagnostic i qas being charged was for awalk around visual one and air in my tires(which they didnt do) my bill was going to be 100 for the visual plus 160 for the key. But Erika was very professional and in the end fixed the end bill. So yes in the end i was very satisfied with your work Thank You
