First of all, why have a texting option if no one will reply?? I asked for status updates several times and never had a response. When mentioning it in person they said they forgot or were busy. Also, it was very difficult just to get a status update on my vehicle. Why did a simple fix take almost a week?? And on Thursday I was promised it would be ready Friday morning because I needed it for the weekend. Come Friday afternoon and no one had contacted me. When I called, they said Leonardo wasn’t there that day and was off until Monday! So no one had even STARTED looking at my car and wouldn’t have if I hadn’t called. To top it all off, no one CARED or had any sense of customer service.
