I have been using Guaranty for about 4 years or so for my service. I have always been happy with the service and work product. I feel confident that Guaranty will do a good job every time.

came in for simple oil change for my 2014 cruze diesel around Saturday 11:20am.
no phone call by 3:30, so i drove to guaranty, cruze was not ready, then i was told i could not get my car until Monday because there was not enough diesel oil to complete my oil change. 5+ hrs and somehow my oil change was complete, but ooops i was quoted wrong price, so i had to pay 50+ dollars than i was quoted. After 5or6 cars purchased from guaranty, i think this may send me elsewhere!
