Our company van was serviced on Saturday, 1/5/19, with an oil change and 1 item regarding the rear door and the inability to close it normally. It needs to be slammed to close it.
It's been like this since purchase.
Our employee took the van to Guaranty. Everything else about the service was fine.
However, our employee neglected to check the rear door prior to leaving and it is still not closing properly.

Andrew was awesome as usual, very helpful and patient. I did have one concern and it certainly has nothing to do with Andrew. I had a new battery installed at Guaranty in August and within a couple of months I started having problems that ultimately were related to a loose positive battery connection. In December I came in for service prior to leaving on a road trip to Wyoming. I was hoping for a thorough inspection, so I would feel comfortable about driving that far. I left for my trip January 1st and got as far as San Bernardino, before having to return home to San Clemente because of several errors and strange symptoms. I went into guaranty the next day for diagnosis. I was told all the codes were because of a loose battery connection. This cost me a return trip, a day of my vacation and $150 for the diagnosis.
